Data Backup Services — CrashPlan Cloud
$60 per user / year
  • Secure, encrypted incremental backup for desktop documents and research files
  • Full assistance with backup configuration and file recovery
Note: CrashPlan is a file backup service, not a full system image solution (like Time Machine). It is designed to back up user documents. Because only one instance of the application can be installed per machine, it is not optimized for multi-user computers requiring separate encrypted accounts.
NI Help Desk & Operations
All service tiers — Cluster, General Support, and Raptor — include access to core maintenance and multi-channel support. Credential sharing is strictly prohibited on all accounts.
